TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Booking and Reservations

1.1 All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Company.
1.2 A booking is considered confirmed only after full payment or the required deposit has been received.
1.3 Customers must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking in order we need to contact you

1.4 We are a booking agent primarily collecting group number bookings to provide excursions at group prices to keep them affordable. The contract is therefore with the Operator, but we will provide all support we are able to. As a result all prices include a small booking fee.

2. Payments

2.1 Prices are quoted in local currency and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
2.2 Full payment, where applicable, must be made before the excursion date unless otherwise agreed as this is a requirement from the operator and we will forward to them in advance of the excursion to pay for any upfront payments they need to make.
2.3 Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the booking.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Customer cancellations made:

  • More than 48 hours before departure: Full refund (minus admin fees if applicable). 3-5 business days to method of payment used.

  • Less than 48 hours at our discretion on a case by case basis.

  • Some excursions require provision for food or entrance fees paying in advance by the operator which may not be refundable. In this instance 48hrs is required for full refund to be guaranteed .

  • It is recommended that your insurance covers missed ports . This may not always cover cancelled excursions but it will cover out of pocket losses should, in the very few occasions, we are not able to refund fully.

  • Where a prepayment is made directly to the operator then refunds requests should be made directly and will be actioned according to their own cancellation policy.

  • Please note in the case of missed ports or illness a medical or ship letter may be required. These can in some cases be covered by insurance. Please be aware that insurance companies can check with us regarding cancellations so it can be fraudulent to make multiple claims for the same excursion.

3.2 No refunds will be issued for no-shows or late arrivals.
3.3 The Company reserves the right to cancel or reschedule excursions due to weather, safety concerns, insufficient bookings, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, customers will be offered an alternative excursion or full refund.

4.2 Customers are responsible for ensuring they are medically fit and able to participate in the excursion.
