After leaving the majesty of the Turtles, we take another scenic drive to the glorious white sand and tranquil clear turquoise waters off Cas Abao Beach, considered the best in Curacao. On arrival you will be greeted with a free drink, water, soda or beer, before being escorted to your own private area for our guests with free sunbeds and umbrellas. Beach entrance is also included in the price of the tour.
The beach has a truly tropical atmosphere with an array of pretty straw roof huts, selling the coldest beers & ice cream, the best coffee or tea, the most delicious cocktails or snacks and simple lunches, a visit to our beach bar is a must!Finally, before you leave, you will receive a free token to use the washroom and take a refreshing shower before getting back on the bus to take another scenic drive back to the Port.

This beach is also home to the B Diving & Water sports. You can rent kayaks and paddle boards for $15 an hour, along with other equipment for those who want to snorkel or Scuba dive during your stay here. They will direct you to the best coral areas, or side of the rocks where you can spot the illusive sea horse and frogfish along with other tropical varieties.

This is a new option for all cruise ships for all sailing dates, especially over the summer when there will be smaller numbers as this supplier has smaller transport options and will not need the 38 minimum requirement..
This is a special trip, specifically put together for our Facebook Groups. Our main two suppliers need minimum numbers of 20 plus up to 38 people due to the size of their charter busses. We now have a supplier who has smaller mini Buses prepared to take less people.

Our tour starts from the cruise port where we are picked up and taken on a scenic excursion through the beautiful countryside arriving at Playa Grandi (also known as Player Piskado).
This is where you will have the magical experience of swimming with the Turtles. There is a small pier, with safe shallow water, which we swim around. It is the area where the local morning fisherman clean their catch at the beach and feed the turtles some leftovers. That’s why this beach attracts more turtles than any other place in Curacao.
It is a real treasure you will remember forever, swimming swim alongside these amazing creatures. They come up close to you, popping their little heads out, swim around and underneath you. The best way to experience these creatures is to slowly float on top of the water around the pier. You do not need to be in the water to enjoy these magnificent creatures. You can stand on the pier, and clearly view them through the crystal clear water taking photographs of this amazing experience.. Along with the Turtles you will spot many varieties of tropical fish.
What is nice about this particular tour, is the timing. Most other tours start with a stop at the Hato Caves, Flamingo colonies or elsewhere. By the time they arrive at the Pier it is a little later in the day when the Turtles have already feasted on the morning leftovers from the fisherman and are more rare to spot. With so many tour operators arriving at the later time, it becomes crowded in the water too.
By going directly here from the Port, we get to enjoy the bounty of Turtles in less crowded conditions.
After your magical experience with these magnificent creatures, we will take you to a glorious Beach to relax or swim in the tranqual aqua blue waters for the afternoon, before sitting back and relaxing on a scenic journey back to the Port.
